Read about this war ship and look at the second image especially for the scale.

I’ve had this in my head for days since my little brother sent the photo to our family group chat.

How could you describe the vastness of the ship? Imagine the size of the sails, how loud they’d sound as a gust of wind or a gale hit them.

Imagine leaving dry land to be on a ship like this for weeks or months at a time.

And when the guns fired, how would that sound and feel?

Do some research and write from the point of view of a person on the ship.

Ignore the ship and write about something else unimaginably vast.
